Cutebods.com is fast becoming one of the UK’s leading online modelling agencies with model numbers swelling by the day and we need your help to make it even a bigger success. But this is no role for the weak or someone looking for an easy ride. You will be part of a very small team of dedicated people who see themselves as a small family with everyone playing their challenging role in making the business grow.

You will personally be in charge of personally managing the profile of our members and forming a relationship with them (via phone and email) from persuading them to have professional pictures taken (and managing the whole process) to liaising between clients and member ensuring both are completely happy and the deal gets done. This will be in addition to a whole host of duties and responsibilities that comprise to make for what will be a highly challenging yet rewarding role.

Succeed and you can expect to do very well. You will be under no illusion that excelling in this role will require hard work, determination and an innate desire to succeed in persuading our new members to sign up with one of our photographers from which you will want to achieve the financial rewards that will be yours for achieving this. We’re not imposing minimum experience, we’re looking for, articulate people, who are dynamic, energetic, highly motivated, enthusiastic who are highly adaptive and confident when dealing with people at all levels.

You will also be expected to demonstrate an ability to explore and identify new revenue earning opportunities and possibly locate new clients (offering work) for our model members.

Experience:

No experience in sales or people management is required. However the ideal person will:

• have a good phone manner
• be well organised
• be computer literate
• the ability to work on your own
• English must be your first language

...plus ideally have:

• a knowledge of make-up and general beauty
• some knowledge of modelling although this is not essential
• Live in the South London or Surrey area

Working hours are Monday – Friday 10.30pm-6.30pm.
