Welcome to cutebods.com, the service for adults to make themselves available online for reasons of seeking work in desired areas and earning an additional income. ("cutebods.com" or "we" or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is Southbridge House, Southbridge Place, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 4HA, United Kingdom.
This legal notice applies to the entire contents of this website under the domain www.cutebods.com ("Website") and to any correspondence by e-mail between us and you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this Website. Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms without modification regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us as a member and constitutes you being a party to this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this Website.
Once you have completed your online registration procedure, your membership has been activated and you have entered into a legally binding contract for the provision of the Cutebods.com service (the "Service").

Users may fall within three different categories being professional users (i.e. those users seeking to offer work related opportunities to Cutebods.com members), male and female users (i.e. those users seeking to view images of members and get their contact details). Cutebods.com offers various benefits to both its members and users on differing fronts. For members, it offers them the chance to obtain unparalleled exposure for any modelling or other work aspirations they may have, be managed by Cutebods.com (if requested), boost their profiles, meet new people and earn a slice of the revenues paid (by visitors) to view and contact them. For visitors, the site offers the unique opportunity to view in one place all the UK’s finest, hottest and sexiest everyday males and females that have declared themselves available to hear from people interested in hearing from them. Members also get to view revealing pictures of members but not to the point of nudity and where nudity is viewable, it is off good taste and for artistic purposes only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current services shall be subject to these Conditions of Use. Users will be advised that Cutebods.com contains content that is deemed to be of a adult or mature content. Consequent to this, you must be at least 18 years of age to access and view such areas or be supervised by a parent or guardian if under the age of 18.

Or any of its websites so long as the link does not portray An Easier Life Group Ltd. or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. 7. Recurring Billing. Most subscription plans to the Service consist of an initial period, for which there is a one time charge, followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation and authorise Cutebods.com to levy such charges. CUTEBODS.COM MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES (E.G., MONTHLY) WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORISATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE (CONFIRMED IN WRITING UPON REQUEST BY CUTEBODS .COM) THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE CUTEBODS. COM REASONABLY COULD ACT.

Current Information Required. YOU MUST PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT (WHERE RELEVANT). YOU MUST PROMPTLY UPDATE ALL INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE (SUCH AS A CHANGE IN BILLING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE), AND YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY CUTEBODS.COM IF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CANCELLED (E.G., FOR LOSS OR THEFT) OR IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF A POTENTIAL BREACH OF SECURITY, SUCH AS THE UNAUTHORISED DISCLOSURE OR USE OF YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD. CHANGES TO SUCH INFORMATION CAN BE MADE ON THE WEBSITE. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE CUTEBODS.COM ANY OF THE FOREGOING INFORMATION, YOU AGREE THAT CUTEBODS.COM MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY USE OF THE SERVICE UNDER YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE SERVICE (CONFIRMED IN WRITING UPON REQUEST BY CUTEBODS COM).

8. Conduct of Members. You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not An Easier Life Group Ltd., are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the service. An Easier Life Group Ltd. does not control the Content posted via the service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. 9. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold An Easier Life Group Ltd. , its affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, attorneys or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyers’/solicitors’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the service, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of these Conditions of Use or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Term and Termination. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a member of the Service. Under the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended), you can postpone commencement of the Service until the seven working day cooling-off period has expired. However, if you choose to become a member and enter the Website, you are electing to commence the Service immediately and you thereby waive any right to cancel the Service under the above Regulations.

We may immediately terminate your membership and your access to the Service at any time because you have breached this Agreement and will send you notice of termination at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to us. If we terminate your membership of the Service because you have breached the Agreement, we will refund any pre-payments made by you less reasonable costs and losses we have incurred. We can terminate this Agreement at any time by giving you reasonable advance written notice.

If you terminate your subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period through which you had paid prior to your termination. In the case of violation of one or more of the terms of this Agreement by you (in particular Clauses 6 and 7), we may block your account(s), delete prohibited content, prevent publication of all or part of your profile. We may also block your access to all or part of the Service, either permanently or temporarily.

Cutebods.com may deactivate the accounts of members who have not used the Service for a period of six months or more (as calculated by the date of last connection to the Service) unless you are a paying subscriber.

11. Non Commercial Use by Members. The Website is for the personal use of individual members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become members and should not use the Service or the Website for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Website, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorised framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

When communicating with our customer care representatives, you may not to be abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexist, threatening, harassing or racially offensive. If we feel that your behaviour towards any of our customer care representatives or other employees is at any time threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership and you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.

17. Transactions and Agreements with advertisers and sponsors
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that An Easier Life Group Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the service.

Subject to the foregoing, Cutebods.com, and any of An Easier Life Group Limited’s group companies, will not be liable or responsible to you or any third person for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption of any type, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with the Service or this Website in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of this Website.

Subject to the foregoing, Cutebods.com liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Cutebods.com for the Service during the term of membership.

21. Modifications to this Agreement. We may alter or amend our terms and conditions upon giving reasonable notice in advance of such amendment taking effect. If upon receiving any notice, if you do not wish to continue with the Service, you may terminate the contract upon giving us notice, such notice to take effect upon the earlier of our receipt of your notice or the date upon which the amended terms and conditions would otherwise have taken effect. You will be deemed to have accepted any alteration and/or amendment if you continue to use the Service after the relevant period of notice has expired.

In the event that you have any claim or action against any other member arising from that member’s use of our Website or the Service, you agree to pursue such claim or action independently of and without any demands from us, and you release us from all claims, liability and damages, arising from or in any way connected to the claim or action.

In the event that a claim or action is brought against us from your activities or use of the Website or the Service, including any breach by you of this Agreement or any charges or complaints made by other parties against you, you agree to pay, hold harmless and defend us in the claim or action. You also agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any claim and allow us to assume the exclusive defence and control of the matter.

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.

30. Refunds
30:1. You can end your subscription or adverts online by emailing our customer services team: cs@aneasierlife.co.uk. No pro-rated refunds are available. To avoid being charged when your period of subscription is up, An Easier Life Group Ltd must receive your cancellation notice before the first day of the month or one week in advance of your listing or advert expiring.

30.2. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The websites and adverts of subscribers and advertisers who cancel their membership, or whose credit/debit cards expire without first providing another card for us to bill, may be removed.

30.3. Please ensure that your payment card details are kept up to date. If we are unable to process payment from your card, we regret that it will be necessary to suspend your subscription and advertisement(s) (where relevant) until you provide us with details of a valid payment card. You can do this by contacting customer services. You will still be liable for any outstanding payments that could not be met when your account was suspended.

31. Assignment. Cutebods.com. may, and you may not, assign, convey, subcontract or delegate rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

32. Relationship. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Cutebods.com. As a result of this agreement or use of this Website.

33. Disputes. If there is any dispute about or involving the Website and/or the Service, by using the Website, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the courts of London, United Kingdom.

NO PORNOGRAPHY ALLOWED! Any nude images uploaded to this site are done so in good taste and for modelling related purposes. Thus, images that are deemed by the administration dept. to be lacking in taste or artistic merit will be removed.
Images that contain brand names and/or Internet links are not permitted on Cutebods.com. Consequently, if this rule is breached, management have the right to remove the images and ban the member from the site.
Cutebods.com recognises that some images although of the member may be the intellectual property of another party such as the photographer/s. All efforts have been made to communicate this to would-be members. Consequently, in submitting images to the site, you are declaring that either you (the member) owns the copyright or that you have received the permission and consent of the copyright owner to submit such images. If this is not done, you are wholly liable for any repercussions and agree that Cutebods.com cannot be held liable in any way whatsoever. Also, copyright credit can be given to the owner on the site.
All images submitted to Cutebods.com are the copyright ownership of the member subject to the paragraph immediately above. However, Cutebods.com in promoting the site may form time to time use whatever images it deems necessary in various promotional activities. Consequently, in becoming a member, you give Cutebods.com and An Easier Life Group complete and utter permission to use your images in any way necessary as long as its use is in conjunction with Cutebods.com or any company/division that falls within the An Easier Life Group Ltd.
It is assumed that all images submitted to Cutebods.com are truly that of the member submitting them. If this is found not to be the case, Cutebods.com cannot be held responsible for any repercussions irrespective of what they are.

36. Payment and Replying to emails
Members earn £1 from Standard package contacts and £4.99 from Premium package contacts. In becoming a member, you are declaring yourself available to hear from people irrespective of whether you have a partner or are not eager to meet anyone. Consequently, in order to earn your £1/£1.50 commission fee per contact, you are expected to respond to that contact within a period of at least 30 days otherwise you risk forfeiting that particular payment. This is not a strict rule although Cutebods.com reserves the right to withhold payment for any member deemed not to be minimally meeting this requirement. However, you are obliged to make only ONE response to every unique contact whilst how you respond is totally up to you.
Payment is made on a monthly basis via the payment method chosen by the member at the time of signing up to Cutebods.com. However, in the future and for admin and cost purposes, management reserve the right to alter the payment method to the most appropriate and efficient payment method available which will be via bank transfer. Further, it is acknowledged that certain members will derive more income from Cutebods.com than others over their time on the site. With this in mind, payment will only be made upon the total commission payments exceeding £50 in any one month period. If this amount is not reached, the amount will be carried over to the next month. If after a 3 month period you have not exceeded this amount, payment will be made to you nonetheless.
In signing up to Cutebods.com, you are in effect a self employed member of the site. Consequently, all monies paid to you are gross (i.e. no tax and NI deducted). This in turn means you are wholly responsible for any tax related liabilities that may be incurred from your earnings and consent that Cutebods.com will need to inform the relevant authorities in order to balance its (Cutebods.com) accounting records.
Prior to payment being made, Cutebods.com will require each member’s correct details (i.e. name and home address) which is the information the tax authorities may require from us. This is consistent with the information that member would usually give if they were employed by any company or modeling agency in the private or public sector.

38. Other. This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Website and further affirmed by becoming a member of the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and Cutebods.com regarding the use of the Website and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
